Salem Al Midfa’s office is keen to provide cadres with legal experience capable of meeting the need of businessmen in order to review their legal position regarding various contracts and their legal impact. We also review contracts prepared by our clients and express opinion on them with regard to contractual clauses in order to avoid disputes that may arise in the future and reduce the risk of legal disputes, we also fulfill the request of our clients to attend with them in the meetings in the event that we engage with them by annual contracts, in addition to that we, on behalf of our clients, follow up the documentation of these contracts with the official competent authorities.
